Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:

Every order is dispatched from our store on Rosemary Street in Belfast.  We use Royal Mail for most items and we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of you placing it. You can choose either 1st or 2nd Class delivery options at checkout. 2nd Class delivery is usually within 3 working days and 1st Class delivery is usually 1 working day.

Returns Information:

Fresh Garbage is happy to accept returns within reason, but we DO NOT offer REFUNDS on any items purchased instore or online. Exchanges or credit notes will be issued. This is the shops own policy and applies to all purchased items.

Please contact us within 7 working days of delivery of your products, so we may advise you of the necessary steps before returning the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact Fresh Garbage as soon as possible after placing your order using our contact details if you wish to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships as logistics may have already processed your order. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent out.

When returning any item to us, it's essential that you contact us first.  We are unable to accept any returns with prior agreement. Items returned to us must be in original condition, with all original packaging, labelling and tags. If an item has been used or worn in any capacity, we're unable to offer any form of exchange.

We inspect all clothing that are returned to our shop and will contact you to discuss any issues with items worn, soiled or show signs of wear or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. If any clothing is the wrong size you may take it our shop for an exchange (but not a refund).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PIERCING JEWELLERY:

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note that due to the personal nature of the product and the Covid-19 situation, ALL JEWELLERY items are NON-RETURNABLE. So please double check the size of the piecing jewellery. Piercings are hygienic products and once piercing jewellery has left our shop, we cannot and will not exchange or offer a refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ANY GLASS SMOKING PARAPHERNALIA  :

Please check your shipment and report any breakages or cosmetic damage within forty-eight hours of receiving your goods for a refund, credit voucher or replacement. Any breakages or cosmetic damages past this point will be assumed your responsibility. If you notice that your product is damaged please refrain from using it, otherwise we will be unable to accept it.

Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.

We may ask for images of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement..

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
